Rick Kramer

Rick Kramer is Dragos’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Rick develops and manages strategies to accelerate Dragos’s market leadership position and grow and scale revenue globally. Rick brings a mission focus to his role that ensures we continue to serve the industrial infrastructure community effectively while also driving company growth.

Rick is a proven strategic and operational leader known for scaling cyber businesses to hundreds of millions of dollars in sales globally through direct and indirect channels. He has led both large enterprises and high-growth smaller companies, where his focus has been on building long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Prior to joining Dragos, Rick worked for Cisco where he led a global security SaaS sales team of over 300 across multiple security disciplines, including Duo Security. Rick’s path to Cisco was through the company’s acquisition of Kenna Security, a mid-sized company where he built the channel business worldwide and launched the EMEA business. Previously Rick was at Symantec/Veritas for 17 years, rising from an Account Executive to VP of Channel Sales for North America.
