Dragos Expands Accomplished Executive Team

Jill Samuel Named Vice President of Human Resources; Anna Yong Named Vice President of Marketing

HANOVER, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dragos, Inc., provider of the industry’s most trusted industrial cybersecurity platform and services, announced today the additions of Jill Samuel, Vice President of Human Resources, and Anna Yong, Vice President of Marketing. These key leadership additions will drive Dragos’ mission to continually build the industry’s most experienced industrial threat detection and response team, while supporting the organization’s rapid growth and advancing its footprint within the ICS cybersecurity community.

Jill Samuel brings over 15 years of progressive leadership and human resource experience, including workforce planning, organizational development, talent and performance management and employee recruitment and retention. Prior to joining Dragos, Jill led the HR function for RedOwl, a security company specializing in Insider Threat (acquired by Forcepoint). Prior to RedOwl, she led HR for Edge Hosting (acquired by DataBank) as well as BoxTone, a mobile device management company (acquired by Good Technology).

Anna Yong has been at the forefront of marketing strategy and execution for multiple emerging technologies in hardware and software networking, analytics and cybersecurity. Most recently, Anna was VP of marketing at Interset, an In-Q-Tel portfolio company focused on behavioral analytics. Previously at Hortonworks, Anna ran marketing for Apache NiFi, an open source technology based on software developed from the NSA, and Apache Metron, a cybersecurity application framework. Anna holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Queen’s University.
